Our second estate single variety.
Harvested in mid September 2025 is a French American hybrid form Unn. of Minessota. It's a slightly off-dry wine and similarly spicy to its parental variety of Gewurztraminer. It's a lovely clean nose, citrus and silky pallet that is easy to drink.
Steel tank finished.

Frontenac Blanc
Description:
Our first estate single variety.
Harvested in early August 2025 is a very fragrant off-dry wine. Very complex in the nose and as it warms up in the glass the fruit range expressed is from apricot to cantaloupe with back notes of green apple. It's a beautiful sipping wine.
